Blurred vision
- Clean your hands first (Cosmetics on your hands may be blurry on the lens)
- Place the lens on the palm of your hand and rub it with your finger.
- You must wear the contact lens before putting on any type of make up to prevent any particles to be driven into your eyes while wearing the lenses on.
- If the blurry vision persists despite doing as suggested above,
- Before wearing
- Check the nails, because it may damage the lens
- Wash your hands
- Check the lens for scratches, damages, dirt, deformation, ect
- Check the front and back of the lens
- Caution
- Wash your hands before remove
- Do not use damaged or expired contact lens.
- If you feel any abnormalities, see an ophthalmologist immediately.
- Keep up with the way you handle it properly.
- Do not use contact lens if you have ocular disease or allergy to contact lens.
- We suggest you wearing contact lens less than 8 hours a day.

- Lens case recommends about a monthly exchange.
- Rinse the contact lens every time before you wear and after you wear them.
- Rinse the contact lens case and naturally dry.
- Keep the proper wear time.
- Keep the usage period.
- What is the exchange and refund policy?
- ※ Policy- Items must be in original condition. (unopened, unused)- Shipping Fee is custom's charge.- There is a cancellation fee for refund.- Any product returns caused by the customer will not be re-shipped.(incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties etc)- Payment amount and cancellation amount may differ depending on the exchange rate and card fee.※ Process- Any return made without the agreement and confirmation with our customer center will not be acceptable and not-refundable.- Sending request email to customer center is prerequisite for exchanges or refunds within 7 days since you get the item.(Customer center : olola.official12@gmail.com )- Please attach the contents below when sending mail.(Name/Order number/Item you purchased/Reason with details/Payment method)- Please take the exchange and return procedures according to the guidance from customer center.
- The lens is not comfortable.
Depending on the wearer's eye condition, the fit of the eye may vary, such as ache / prickle / stiffness / redness.
This is a personal difference, and it can be improved by taking enough rest for the eyes or by washing and re-wearing the lens.
However, if you have a severe discomfort or redness, please contact the CS Team within 7 days of receipt.
- How long do I use the lens?
- Hello!Let me tell you about the actual period of use of lenses sell in olola.Olola sells two products for 1-day/6 month use.1 day is a product made for 1 day and we recommend you to use it only for 1 day for hygienic and healthy use.For 6 month, you can use it shorter than 6 month depending on the user's eye condition.If your eyes are dry and sensitive, you can use it shorter than the average period of use.If you have healthy eyes, you can use it for until 6 month.Even if it is for 6 months, if the lens becomes uncomfortable, it is better to change it regardless of the remaining period.
- Do you deliver to my country?
We are shipping worldwide, but we are currently shipping only to countries that are limited by the COVID-19.
